We help founders turn an idea into a product real users can try — designed, built and launched by one team, in weekly steps you can see and steer.

Early-stage products fail more often from building the wrong thing than from building it badly. We keep the first version small and focused on the one job users must love.
A focused first version of your product with only the features needed to test your core idea with real users.
Figma prototypes you can put in front of users and investors before a line of production code is written.
Cross-platform iOS and Android apps from one codebase, so you can launch on both stores without doubling the budget.
Sign-up, subscriptions, roles and an admin panel — the plumbing every SaaS product needs, done properly from day one.
Assistants, smart search and automation built on modern language models, scoped to what your users will actually pay for.
Logo, app store screenshots, a landing page and launch videos from our in-house designers and video editor.
Everything we deliver under this service — pick one piece or combine several into a single project.
An MVP should answer one question: will the people you are building for use this, and will they come back? That means one core workflow done well — signing up, doing the main thing, and seeing the result — plus the minimum around it to support real users, such as authentication, basic notifications and an admin view so you can see what is happening. Everything else goes on a list for later. Founders who cut hardest usually launch sooner and learn more from the same budget.
Cutting scope is not the same as cutting corners. We still build on a stack that can grow with you, write the code so another team can pick it up, and set up analytics so you can see where users drop off. You own the source code and the accounts it runs on, which matters when you raise money or bring engineering in-house later.
We agree the smallest useful scope, then build it in short Scrum sprints with a demo every week, so you can change direction as you learn from users — not after the budget is spent.

It depends on the scope, but a focused MVP is usually measured in weeks to a few months, not years. We agree a feature list in discovery, estimate it, and show working software every week so you always know where the build stands.
Tell us about the idea and who it is for. We will come back with a suggested MVP scope, a plan and an honest estimate.
