Working hours and communication
We work Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 22:30 Pakistan time, which is 08:00 to 21:30 in the UAE. The UAE has no daylight saving, so this overlap is the same all year. Since 2022 the federal government week has run Monday to Friday and many private businesses follow it, so our Saturday hours are also available for releases that are best done outside your trading week.
Most clients use a weekly demo call plus a shared WhatsApp, Slack or Teams channel, in English. We design and build Arabic interfaces; Arabic copy itself can come from your team or a translator you trust.
Contracts, IP and payments
Every project is covered by a written proposal and contract setting out scope, milestones, acceptance, price and ownership. Billing currency and payment terms are agreed in the proposal. We are happy to sign an NDA first.
On completion and payment, IP in the code and designs we create for you passes to you, together with the repositories, cloud and app-store accounts.
UAE data protection
The UAE’s federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) sets rules on consent, data-subject rights and transfers abroad. Free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own data-protection laws, and sectors such as health and finance can have additional rules.
We treat these as design requirements: data minimisation, consent and notice flows, access controls, encryption, audit logs and hosting in UAE or nearby cloud regions where data needs to stay local. Your legal adviser should confirm which regime applies to your business; we do not give legal advice or guarantee compliance.
