Working hours and the Saudi week
We work Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 22:30 Pakistan time — 07:00 to 20:30 in Saudi Arabia, all year, as neither country uses daylight saving.
The Saudi working week runs Sunday to Thursday, so it does not line up exactly with ours. Monday to Thursday overlap fully. Sunday is outside our week, so we agree in advance how Sunday questions are handled — usually written updates on Saturday and replies first thing Monday. Saturday is a working day for us, which is useful for releases outside your trading week.
Contracts, IP and payments
Every project is covered by a written proposal and contract setting out scope, milestones, acceptance, price and ownership. Billing currency and payment terms are agreed in the proposal. We are happy to sign an NDA first.
On completion and payment, IP in the code and designs we create for you passes to you, together with the repositories, domains, cloud and app-store accounts.
Saudi data protection
Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), sets rules on consent, data-subject rights and transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom. Government and regulated sectors can have additional hosting and security requirements.
We treat these as design requirements: data minimisation, consent and notice flows, access controls, encryption, audit logs and deployment to cloud regions in or near the Kingdom when data needs to stay local. Your legal adviser should confirm what applies to your organisation; we do not give legal advice or guarantee compliance.
Language
We design and build Arabic-first and bilingual interfaces, including right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, mirrored icons and date and number formats. Day-to-day project communication is in English; Arabic copy can come from your team or a translator you trust.
